Default Re Heating Chicken Leg Quarters?

I have been doing some catering for a couple years now, licensed & insured.

I have been pre cooking pulled pork and ribs and re heating a few days later with great success.

I have never tried this with chicken leg quarters that I brine. (besides personal use with microwave)

I know cooked food is good for 7 days when properly refrigerated and stored, but how well does chicken re heat?

If you do it with good results, how do you re heat it.
