We went to the McKinney 4th of July parade this morning to watch Londyn, our grand daughter perform. She is "Woody" in the yellow shirt.
So we then invited the family over for some burgers and dog. Put the BGE popup over the front of the patio for a little shade from the Texas sun until the pavilion gets built.
Picked up some Wagyu 80/20 and Angus hot dogs from Local Yocal in downtown McKinney this morning, (We were just
across from them watching the parade)
Ladies are working on all of the fixn's while the griddle is warming up.
Loaded up the griddle with the patties and dogs.

When those were about done toasted the buns.
Steamed the cheese on the burgers.
Set at the spread and rang the dinner bell.
Now time for a swim and adult beverages
