Smokin Chicken Breast - PRON
Tonight its applewood smoked chicken. Washed some Costco boneless breast, rubbed with my secret rub (brown sugar, turbinado sugar, kosher salt, ginger, cummin, and black pepper).
It's 36 degrees out and dropping. Smoking on the Acorn target 265 for 1.5 hours. Got it loaded with about 3lbs of Royal Oak and some applewood chunks. Will post finished product till then..... tip it on back! Last edited by KingofTheCoals; 12-27-2012 at 04:10 PM.. Reason: new title |
