Default Are soups in the smoker whimpy?

Just sayin.......Spring has sprung for most of you in the cold country. NOT. Still chitty temps from what I can see. Lets make a last ditch effort and send Old Man Winter Packing. Try this it's a real Belgian staple.
Blanch Endive
Wrap in Ham (Great leftovers from Easter)
Stack up in a pyrex pan
Cover with Bechemel ( Cheese sauce like mac-n-cheese)
Bake in the cooker of your choice.
Serve with baked mashed potatoes and Bechemel on top. OMG!
