Anyway, I have lurked here a while and have really enjoyed reading the posts. Figured it was time to throw my hat in the ring and start posting. My name is Mike, I'm 34, and started out grilling on a Weber kettle in my early teens, and still do. Bought a Big Green Egg a few years back. After I became comftorable using it, I decided to do my first low and slow. It was Pork butt in my case, and I haven't looked back since. I am always looking to improve my knowledge of BBQ, and have already found that this is a great place to do that. So, I think I will kick back, put my feet on the table, and hang out a while.
