I'm planning on having some available, unless something prevents me from roasting that week (unlikely).

I start the pot when I get up at 5:30 (after a mandatory stop at the port-a-potty ). From the number of Brethren and GLBBQA teams coming I'll be making a full pot so it should be ready by 6:30.
