turkey breast
Friend of my wife asked if I would smoke a turkey for her for Memorial day I said sure no problem! Well what I though was a 13 lbs turkey ended up being a 7 lbs turkey breast... I have it in a brine now but how long should this cook take and should I inject it and if so with what? Had the whole turkey down until I realized it was just the breast last night... Thanks in advance
