Default smoked butt

i took your advice on smokeing my butt ( boston butt lol). And yes i was smokeing it way to low of a temp . I smoked this one at 250 to 300 . Pulled it at bone wiggle . Ohhh myyyy godddd . i am hooked for life . It was a 81/2 pound roast so tender i had to use a cutting board to bring it into the house .. thanks

Sounds like a successful cook. Try the photobucket route, probably the easiest.
Just upload the pic, copy and paste the IMG code and you got brethren pron

Well done. I've found brisket to be one of the easier, more successful things I make. Just gotta have the time and patience
