Another RGC for Big Ron's Rub! 09-10-11
It was beautiful weather yesterday for cooking and for being outdoors. I was happy with all three turn-ins, and even though I had great scores one cooker managed to beat me. (I will get him next time! :) ) Photo below with trophies and a really nice apron I received.
26 teams 4th Chicken 2nd Ribs 1st brisket My new injection I have been working on, looks like it worked

Awsome... congrats. Wish I had a good brisky. I dont compete, but I like to eat. My ribs are real good, just cant get the brisket right.
