flat irons
I was going to buy a box of 12- 6oz flat irons but buying the whole flat iron uncut was cheaper and the 6 oz ones looked to small. I sliced a 4.6 pound F.I. in half length wise and then cut the steaks. I got 7 steaks from 9 to 11 oz each. One was 6oz. I paid like $17 for the whole cut. Will definitely be buying these more often.
A pic of a chocolate fudge cake with a piece of cheese cake in the middle. I did not make this. My favorite cake. |

Thanks. It a ceramic grill, Grill dome. I did buy the same two tier swing grate for my weber also. Has a top grate that swings out. Really nice cooking rack.
