Default Pulled Pork

Did a small 5lb butt on the Kamado Joe today. Pulled then tossed on sweet plantains and traditional sammys as well.

Nicely done. The sandwich looks really good, man, I love a pulled pork sandwich.

Are the sweet plantains done like tostones?

I did these like tostones as an experiment. They tasted excellent! However I would rather slice them like this instead like it is normally done with sweet plantains. The sweet plantains dont hold up well to the mashing like a toston. You'll need a fork. So by slicing thicker you can eat with your hands instead.
