I just checked the weather again.

Rain should be gone by 9:00 am and the rest of the day should be beautiful.

I plan on buying some tickets after the judging and trying out some ribs!

See you tomorrow.

Eric

We had such an awesome time yesterday!!! Very long day but well worth it. We were very pleased with how we ranked considering this was our first competition. We learned a lot, and met some really great people! My wife has the bug now, and is already thinking about the next competition! A job well done by all!!!

It was a well run event and everyone seemed to have a great time. More importantly, it seems like a good deal of money was raised for a great cause.

We REALLY lucked into some great weather. It was absolutely beautiful.

Thanks to Sal, Greg and everyone at the Hicksville FD for running a great event.

Thanks to Linda and Jerry for doing a great job as Reps.

Thanks to all the teams for turning in great food for us judges.

Thanks to the Mr. Softee truck for having the red, white and blue ice pops.

Congratulations to everyone that walked.

Eric
