Default I remember now why I always use my Weber Kettle!

After being at the ballpark all day I figured I'd just for up the gas grill real quick instead of lighting up the charcoal chimney.

You should probably use less wood for smoke on a gasser. I prefer to put the wood under the grate as well.

Ya know, when a recipe says "glaze with honey" usually it just means the liquid, not the whole farking hive!

On the plus side, you could just throw some wood chips in there and crank the burners to smoke 'em out.
