Need Help!
Estimating the amount of side dishes I need. I've been asked to provide 3 side dishes for our company BBQ. Baked beans, slaw, and mac n' cheese. They want to comfortably feed 125. "Comfortably feed" means some leftovers is OK. 80% men, 20% women, no kids. Can you give me an estimate of the quantities in full and/or half size roaster pans I'll need? Thanks for your help!

Smitty this is what I would cook. Mac and cheese 5oz per person. Beans 4oz per person and when I do slay I hand chop the cabbage and estimate 2oz per person. To the slaw I add red cabbage, carrots, celery and slaw mix.
I would round all up to have plenty, these sides are relativity cheap. |
