Default Pulled chuckie shepard pie pron

Cold and raining here so some comfort food seemed to be in order. I used up some frozen pulled chuckie and made a shepard pie.. Here are the pics and info!

Just as an aside, shepards pie was originally made from lamb.
Since we always used ground beef the children hence named it "Cow Pie"

Looks good & a great idea for pulled chuckies...I've always used creamed corn or mixed vegies when making sheperds cow pie.

I know I am a Polock but I always celebrate St. Paddys day with gusto. This year we celebrated with Shepards Pie and a few sixes of Guiness. I can't think of better than Shepards Pie and Guiness on St. Paddy's day. Good job. Nice looking Shepards Pie!
