Default angrynoobs first shot....

We've been a bit shorthanded here, my first mate has been away all week on buisness. So my second mate and I dreamed this up yesterday. Stand back, hold on and feast yer eyes!

First the bacon...
Attachment 80155

Saute' some jalapinos
Attachment 80156

Heat up the mac and cheese
Attachment 80157

This is thick slices of King Hawiian bread toasted on the griddle in butter, then apply the M&C.
Attachment 80158

Add more cloby and chedder,
Attachment 80159

Top her off with the bacon and jalapinos.
Cover the Webber to melt it all together.
Attachment 80160

Money shot. The sweetness of the King Hawiian bread realy added to the flavor of this open faced sammie. Try it if you dare!
Attachment 80161

Thanks for looking.
