Offset Smoker Mod

Tested out the new temperature control unit my dad and I built. Works great!

Cool dude! Is that a blower motor? How does it work?

Yep, the black on the end of the copper pipe is a blower motor. I've got everything in a project box now, but the temp control relay unit is on the bottom of the smoker in the picture, with a thermo probe on the rack of my smoker. When temp in the smoke chamber goes below a set level, a relay kicks the fan on to stoke the fire, then turns off when up to temp. Now I just need to re-learn cooking on consistent temp throughout my cook!
