Ribs by the case
Good afternoon, brethren! I have started selling ribs at our church as a fundraiser. I need to find a good price for ribs per case in the Piedmont Triad Area of North Carolina (Greensboro, High Point, Winston) I would actually be willing to go as far as Durham. Does anyone know of any good places in the area? Let me know and as always thanks for the input.

If you have a Sam's nearby, they're pricing spares at $1.85/lb. That's for a case of 9 racks...

3 packs of 3 racks each.....9 racks. They sell baby backs 18 RACKS to a case....
I'd hate the thought of having to carry a case with 9 packs in it...

Ok. I am surprised that Sam's is a favorite. That's currently where I'm going now pretty much in addition to catching good sales at grocery stores. I guess I'm spoiled to because I remember I used to get a case from Sam's for about 50-60 bucks. Thanks guys.

Thanks guys for the suggestions. I did find two places in Winston-Salem that have some pretty good ribs for a good price. One place I can get about 5-6 slabs per case already cut for about $15-$16 bucks and the other place is called The Butcher Shop for about $1.18 per pound. I got about 7-9 slabs Monday.
