Did you put raw spinach on your pie or was it cooked?
Just curious here as a huge spinach fan, never put spinach on a pie before.

That's my favorite pizza (I usually go with a little ricotta, garlic, spinach, roasted red peps, mozz & olive oil). Known (and ordered) as secret pie #9 at my local watering hole.
