Default jerk chicken - spatchcocked - how long?

What does the group think? Doing a spatchcock jerk chicken for the guys at work today. How long indirect on the kettle? About an hour, hour and a half? It's around 5 lbs.
Forgot the thermometer!

Cook it until it's done.

A 5 pounder could take 1 & 1/2 hours...depending on the actual
cooking temperature....even a bit longer.

Press on the breasts and thighs to see how done it is.
They should feel firm and give just a little.
If any juice is running out....it should be clear.

If it's still a little pink when you cut it up....just put it back on for
about 5-10 minutes to finish it up.

Thanks, I usually do whole birds. Never did a Spatchcock, don't want to over do it. Just looking for reassurance I guess.
