Ok so I decided to clean out the big rig and get some fire running through her again the other day. I grabbed 2 racks of pork spares and a couple beef short ribs. Seasoned up one rack with my house rub and the other with SZEGED RIB RUB I got through the spice trade from buttheadbbq. It had a very nice flavor & a little more salt in comparison to mine. They both came out great. Then I rubbed the beef short ribs with evoo and my own "kicked up cattle rub"
It was more of a late night with drinks and a smoke with a friend of mine so theres nothing fancy here... I did do up a little mac & cheese to go along with the ribs but it was just a layed back meat night... nothing more! :thumb:
