Started by putting two Boston Butts on the Egg at 11:45 last night- already injected, and rubbed with Plowboys Yardbird, Slabbs Pork Rub, and SM Cherry. Up at 6AM and the Butts were ready to wrap. Grill crept up in temp and the Butts were done around 10 AM and put into cooler. Put on four naked fatties- 2 maple for bake beans and a sage and a maple for my enjoyment. @ 12:30 PM put on a double batch of Wampus outstanding Baked Beans They will come off arounfd 4:30PM Will be pulling the pork soon :grin:
