Default Duck Juicy Lucy from the TV Show "Food&Drink"

OK, so it's not Q'd on the show but it could well be....a duck breast minced and stuffed with Vacheron cheese then griddled.

I would maybe substitute the Vacheron for some Cambozola.

It's the last part of the show....
