Some fish tacos...

I made some grilled fish tacos for supper the other night.

Made my chipotle slaw...

Mix 1/2 cup of mayo
1 chipotle pepper in adobo sauce, chopped (you can use more)
some chopped onion
salt to taste
a squeeze of lime juice
and 1 bag of pre-shredded cabbage
chill while grilling the fish

this is the grill grate thingy that gets in between the grates to pick up the food... It's kinda fun to use!

The swai was very mild in flavor.. a lot like tilapia.

Thanks Guerry, I bet hot sauce would taste good in it. I use some of the adobo that the chipotles come in.. you can make the slaw as hot as you like. :)

Mmm... fish tacos with slaw. So, did you like the grill grate? And I believe that "thingy" would be called a fork most places... :becky:

Looks fantastic! I'm going to try the slaw recipe. Just ate lunch and am VERY hungery...Ah, the price we pay to check this site!

Fish tacos are something that I used to think were simply WRONG, but since I tried them a couple of years ago, I LOVE FISH TACOS!!!

Just ate lunch and already I'm hungry again.
