Default Bacon wrapped stuffed meatloaf, fatty style, with fatty piston

Threw together a meatloaf today, decided to stuff it, fatty style, with some ham, cheese, onions and green peppers. The fatty piston worked perfectly! Throw in a batch of Keri's beans and my wifes delicious spaghetti salad we had some pretty good eats!

That is a taty looking meatloaf. From the pics it looks as if you are a pro at bacon wrapping. How long did you smoke it and what temp did you take it off at?

I'm far from a pro at bacon wrapping. Thought about doing a weave but thats out of my league.

Smoked for about 4 hrs at 225. Took it off at about 155 and let it rest for a half hour.

Looks really good. Love the piston idea.

And I guess when you are all done with prep, you lift the lid and through everything in for clean up?
