Meatballs on my new RecTec

Hey guys. I took a trip to Georgia and picked up a pellet grill/smoker from RecTec. Their RT700 Bull. It's a big fella and seems to be very well built. The most useful feature so far is its ability to get to a set point on the controls and STAY THERE. I mean, my WSM could be stable, at times, but this beast stays put. I did a pork butt the other day and I went to bed at 11:30. I'd put the butt on at 10p.m. and I figured on at least 14 hours at 225. With the WiFi RecTec app I could see every minute of that cook. The smoker didn't move off of 225° all night. Amazing.
Anyway, I'm doing meatballs from another brothers recipe from this forum. Half beef half sausage. I've done them before on my WSM, and they've always been great. So here's hoping!
