Sorry for double mail

Today I went for the MOINK Ball Certificate.

Made my own rub and used the Sweet Baby Ray to glaze.

The Beef is Angus and the Pork is some decent fatty egg decoration

I hope I fullfilled the task...it took 2 hours at 110 c and another hour after the glazing......
