BBQ'd Fried Chicken Legs

I dredged the Legs 1st into flour, Salt and Pepper, shook off the excess then dipped them in Eggs. From there I did use Panko as the last stage.

These were some pretty large Legs. Ran the Egg at about 400º dome and cooked for 45 minutes then kicked the Egg up to 500º and cooked another 10 minutes. Next time I do these, I will just do the entire cook at 400º-425º for about an hour.
