Default Nashville Hot Wing Seasoning

Kosmos Q just dropped this new product.

Somebody try it and let me know if it's legit. I'd be the first but since I don't know what the original taste is supposed to be I couldn't give an honest opinion.

Looks like a great product.

I also need to try his new sauce. OPX-1, I think.??

Yeah, I saw that! I’d like to get some opinions of it first before buying. My mom gifted my brother most of the Kosmo Wing dusts for Xmas. Long story short...according to him, only the Garlic Parmesan lived up to the hype against tried and true “butter/Franks RedHot wings.”

I’d like to try his new sauce as well. However, I’m still working through the half gallons of sweet smoke and cherry habanero that he put on clearance in November.

All of the wing dusts are delicious, imo. I have no doubt that this one will be good as well. I use wing dusts a ton these days....chicken, veggies, etc.

Man that’s pretty pricey for 5oz though.

Isn't Nashville Hot Chicken add a lot of hot stuff to hot oil and baste cooked chicken?

There are some places here that do a dry hot chicken. But generally speaking it seems a lot of chains or businesses trying to capitalize on the hot chicken train fall way short.
