So I have a spare 22.5" weber kettle that one of the legs support ripped out of it and needs to be re-welded so I thought I'd make a pizza kettle instead! I have read a few how to threads on this but everyone recommends this burner:

Amazon.com: Bayou Classic SP10 High-Pressure Outdoor Gas Cooker, Propane: Patio, Lawn & Garden@@AMEPARAM@@http://ecx.images-amazon.com/images/I/41MK1YNHM4L.@@AMEPARAM@@41MK1YNHM4L

But this burner is cheaper and seems to be almost the same thing, 20psi @ 185,000btu except it is not high pressure. Do you think I really need the high pressure one or no?

You don't really need the HP one, but, it does heat faster.

I read reviews on that weber kettle thing and they weren't very good, basically it's hard to get the temps up to what you need and my weber is missing a leg because the mounts welds ripped out.
