I have a sample of Butcher BBQ and I am planning on using it tomorrow morning on a brisket. I just read the instructions and it says to let the brisket rest for 4 hours after injection. I was hoping to inject it tonight at about 10:00 pm and shoot for having it on the smoker at 6:00 am. Am I going to have any problems if I do that? I really don't want to have to get up in the middle of the night to inject this brisket. Please help brothers! Thanks in advance.

The general consensus is 4-8 hrs is optimal so I think you'll be OK at the high end of that range..

When I've used FAB or Butcher's at a contest, I usually went right at 8 hrs.. (injected by 2PM - start to cook at 10PM or so..)
