Take a breath!
Haven't posted anything in a while, didn't want you guys to think I forgot how to cook...:-D
Fired up the Weber kettle tonight and cooked up 2 chicken legs/thighs with a couple chunks of mulberry over some Royal Oak charcoal.
Seasoned then with Texas BBQ rub, and glazed 10 minutes before taking them off the grill with a glaze made with Hoisin sauce, OJ and nutmeg. That is why they look so dark. Served them up with couscous and broccoli.
That Weber sure can cook. They turned out moist and delicious.
Enjoy.
