I'd like to do a whole young white tail deer. Probaly wouldn't "Smoke" it I'd probably do it in my hillbilly hog cooker. which isn't really a smoker, it's just a Big covered pit.

I've been smoking for 5 years and did my first batch of ABTs for Super Bowl. They wre awesome!
There is a buffalo farm in my town. Haven't tried it yet but I need to. I had rabbit only once but not smoked. It was delish. I love duck too but never smoked one. Those would be a few for starters.
