The mac-n-chesse was a huge success. Loved it. Flat was tender but a little dry. Point was awesome.

No, that is chicken muffins. I deboned chicken thighs, sprinkled with rub and smoked them. When they came out of the pan they were perfect muffin shapes. Got the idea from Myron Mixon.
