thank you. this thread convinced me to do something I hadn't seen before in a fatty, did some thinking and came up w/what you see in the link.
 
I'm just spitballing here:

The fatty gets cooked in that 18-wheeler mobile smoke machine.

It is moved into position with a crane connected to a metal sling holding the fatty.

If someone has the dimensions of the grill surface, I'm sure that between landarc and marty and others, we can figure out how much meat will be required.

Ingredients:

Multisectional. Traditional, Scotch Egg, Brisket, Pulled pork, Roadside chicken, moink, abt, and smorgasboard.
