Thanks for all the great comments! Yes, I feel very fortunate to have had a few extra $$ available for such a purchase. Honestly, the craftsmanship that went into the manufacture of the smoker unit even exceeded my expectations. BWS's rock!!! Now, to learn how to use it and start entering competitions.

Very nice smoker. I have had my gator now for a little over a year and love it. The only thing is that it is a little heavy to move around. I had a really nice cart made for it and just recently purchased a 8.5x20 trailer to move it around to competitions.

Welcome to the club! I mounted a Competitor and a Chubby on a 4x8 trailer for competition. Works out great - no loading / unloading, easy to maneuver by hand.
