Default Q-Dat......What The Heck Are You Making???

Lets see who can figure it out .(I'm thinking that PitmasterT probably can.

Ok first off I have about 7 lbs of beef bones seasoned with salt and pepper.


Then I got the kettle going with some oak smoke and put em on indirect to smoke/roast for a while.


Meanwhile, I went to the kitchen and cut up about 9 lbs of raw beef fat into small pieces and threw them all into my big stock pot on medium heat to render them out.


Starting to look gross.


Looking a little less gross.

Well I thought about it for a while ... beef chunks ... not pork ..Hmmm probably not a pot full of beans or Jambalya , turnips ,collards etc

I have not a Clue...!!!
