So, we make do with what we got
Tandoori style lamb sounded like a great idea

Had a leg of lamb so I boned it
Rubbed with spice and yoghurt and Sat overnight















































Nothing's too good for my best friend

Looks really good. I don't think I've ever had lamb or mutton but then again my brain is old and hardly works...
 
Now that is an outstanding cook and all, but after 30 years of your jokes, you had better come up with something shiny.

I have been wanting to try a leg of lamb but been uninspired - until now!
