I suggest you cook the brisket on its side, then the fat cap can drip down the side. And the aerodynamic property of the brisket will even your temps from left to right!

Pretty Close to Decent......... SinLee Cruised Along about 280* for 7 Hours No Issues - did have to refill waterpan/deflector twice..........
