There are a number of variables to consider when setting serving sizes.

1) How many other sides are being served?
2) How many meats are being served?
3) Is it self serve or are you controlling serving sizes by serving

If multiple sides are offered the our normal serving size for sides is 4 oz. If we are serving (controlling serving size) we add a 10% buffer to total qty prepped. If it is self serve we add a 20% buffer to the total qty prepped.

If only one side is being served our normal serving size is 5 oz.
