Smogrilled custom chopped pork chop rubbed with Dizzy Pig Dizzy Dust.
Smoked taters with mayo,ketchup and rozemary.
Smoked Phrozen green peas with onion,tomato,garlic,butter,salt,pepper.

Those well charred pork chops are so perfect with the pink hue in the centre!
