Lamb Rump- not Q-pr0nx1
I saw Lamb Rump at a very reasonable price, I went for it and cursed that there was only one packet left.
Great cut, I love it. Got home and pounded some fresh rosemary from the garden with a clove of garlic and a squeeze of lemon juice and brushed the rump meat. 24 hours later I cooked them in EVOO and made au jus from the pan juices using a little red wine. Served it with a green salad with Danish Feta.

Interesting post, I have 4 lamb rumps in the freezer from Costco.
I grabbed them because I had never noticed that cut before. My plan was hot and fast
