How long can PP stay in the fridge before I decide to freeze it?

I may have missed the window. I pulled it on Wednesday...

I would say you're good. Smell it; taste it.

Smoke acts as a curing agent so (IMHO) smoked meat lasts a little longer in the fridge than your average meat.

I concur with Brauma. You should be fine with that time.
For me there would not even be a question.

You pulled it wednesday and you still have some? Are ya crazy or did ya make too much to eat, lol. My family wont let it last a day and thats with 2 butts pulled. Just kidding, but it should be fine. Smell it, works for me.
