Default ?? Wet aging ribs ??

Was at RD and picked up a quantity of meat. I got 2 packers in the fridge wet aging in the cryo pak for 30 days and MY QUESTION IS has anyone wet aged their ribs in the cryo pak for any length of time and do you recommend?

Beef Ribs: Yes go for it
Pork Ribs: NOOOOOOOO

The reason being that Beef spoils from the outside going inward. Pork and chicken spoil from the inside out.

I believe wet aging does not apply to pork. The would go bad/spoil.
