Okay guys...I tried this recipe out over the weekend and it was gooood! I put the recipe and pics on our website if you want to give it a try. Seriously sooooooo good. Here is a pic I took of the finished product.

Think I saw something simmmilar on the food network last night. Bacon cut super thick, drenched in maple, cooked again, and served on a stick. Yummy!!

Ooooh....that sounds pretty friggin good, Pit Mama! I go to my meat counter for the really think bacon. Really worth it.
