Beer-Can Chicken with Whiskey Glaze (pic!)
Hey Gang!
I know it has been forever since I posted here and for that I apologize. Life got kinda nutty. But it's smokin season here in SoCal! Thought I'd quickly share some grillin pr0n with you all. Used a can of Bud and a handy-dandy "Beer-Can Cooker" and cooked it on the grill. I've perfected my secret whiskey glaze and tried it on the bird. Previously, I had only used it for smoking but turns out it makes a great all-purpose glaze! Added about a handful of cherry woodchips just for fun. The corn was rubbed with butter & garlic salt then wrapped in tinfoil and placed on the grill. The chicken came out extremely moist and very tasty.
