I gotta get used to the new WSM we got as that is what we cooked our chicken on last weekend; not trying to make excuses, but I gotta get a handle on it. Last weekend was the first time I had ever even fired it up.
If it wasn't for that, and our anniversary, we would drive on down and hang out.

So, that is what I will be doing this weekend!!! Learning that dog-gone WSM and chicken!!
If anyone wants some chicken thighs Sunday afternoon, stop by as I will have a boat-load. I just hope it sure is better than last weekend, or at least it better!! Otherwise, I might end up putting some chicken pizza in the box next comp. :twitch:
Really though, I still cannot believe we got last place!! I thought it was pretty good chicken. Obviously, the judges didn't see it the same way.
