Default First Chuckie

Did my first chuck roast today. Turned out pretty good. 3 1/2 pounder rubbed with wooster and then Texas BBQ Rub. Made some pinto beans with some ham, onions, and jabs along with some cornbread. Also some brussel sprouts and potatoes with some onion too and roasted that in the oven.
