Howdy from the Texas Panhandle
Hi! I've been lurking around here for a while and finally joined up. I love to cook both indoors and out. I love cooking for people and I'm toying a little with competition cooks since my kids have all graduated. I'm also an avid bowhunter and general outdoors guy. It seems every time I Google information on building a pit or studying on how to cook competition Q, this is always the first site that comes up. Glad to be part of the team.
