Introduction
My name is Jacob and I’m the “pit master “ for Smoking Pickles BBQ Team. We have been competing in backyard competitions for 5 seasons in Southern Indiana. Currently we cook on a Bubba Grill 250r and an Oklahoma Joe offset. Plans are in place to switch over to a home built gravity smoker and UDS. Looking forward to bouncing idea off of all the other pit masters here and lending some of my past experience and knowledge to those in need.
